I am soooo behind in blogging, it’s not even funny!  So, instead of worrying about all the things I haven’t kept up with this year, I’ve decided to let it go, and just pick up starting this fall!

Last month, after getting the kids started back at school, I was incredibly fortunate to be able to take some much needed ‘me time’ and feed my soul by attending the first ever Clickinmoms Click Away Photography Conference in Salt Lake City.  In short….it was an AMAZING experience!

In addition to hearing some fantastic and inspiring speakers and photographers (including Elizabeth Gilbert, Joy Prouty, Jesh De Rox to name a few), I was so blessed to finally meet some of my incredible photography friends from my online 365 group for the first time in person!  I still get a huge smile on my face thinking of them, and I’m already hoping we can find a way to meet up with each other again soon!

The conference left me inspired, excited and empowered as an artist…and I look forward to continuing to absorb my experience at Clickaway as I move forward in my photography work in the months to come.  In the meantime, here are some shots from the conference, including a photo-walk with the lovely Courtney Slazinik of Click It Up a Notch, an outing to the Saltair on the Great Salt Lake with my 365 friends, and lastly an excursion to Park City, Utah.
